Nimu Kalmia is an US-based alchemist were-bat vtuber & artist streaming primarily gacha, cozy simulators, horror, and arcade gaming, as well as live react content & art. Nimu enjoys crafting custom artwork for others, including character & outfit design, custom thumbnail artwork, Live2D models, emotes, and various types of full illustrations.Nimu also creates various types of long-form / edited content particularly focused around gacha gaming guides & news, JRPG content (Breakdowns, Summaries, & Reviews), figure discussion & guides, media analysis mini-series, and song covers.

General Guidelines & Acceptable Content✔ Height is approximately 5 feet, but she can be drawn a bit shorter as a gag or to make a height difference a bit more dramatic
✔ Breasts should be medium to large in size, not typically overly massive or flat unless specifically specified. Usually is just decently busty in comparison to her short stature.
✔ Most commissions can have lots of creative freedom! Please have fun with it!
✔ Always has blue inner mouth & tongue. Her tongue is also quite long.
✔ Ears are usually very large, but can be drawn smaller to better suit certain styles.
✔ Simplification of the design & details is OK!
✔ Flower pupils are required! Flower blooms should also be present somewhere on her body or clothing.
✔ Has four small moles - one near the corner of her left eye, two on her neck, and one on the lower side of her right breast.
✔ Usually has a portion of her bat pendant on all of her outfits incorporated into the design.
✔ Hair styles and outfits can vary completely! Though Nimu has official outfits, variations or original outfits are welcome!
✔ Monster form is currently up to interpretation, so feel free to experiment turning her into various beastly were-creature designs!
✔ Nimu can be clumsy and has potion mishaps often, so feel free to utilize that concept!

⋅━⋅━.· ✿༻༺✿·.━⋅━⋅•All clients will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices and rules.• After agreeing to my TOS, clients will then contact me regarding your proposed project or fill out the form for the relevant commission type, giving a clear, detailed overview of what you would like done.• Reference material must be provided in the form of reference sheets, moodboards, example images, palette boards, Google Documents containing relevant materials, etc. If reference material is not provided, the commission will be refused.• For Character Design or Outfit Design commissions: While consultation is actively conducted through the design process, clients should have a moodboard or examples prepared when requesting design commissions.• After submitting the request, please wait for my response and we can proceed with determining final prices, payment plans, and timelines for your commission.NOTES FOR ORDERING

Commissions are not first come, first serve and each commission request will be reviewed to see if it's something I can reliably create for you prior to acceptance.• Ensure your reference materials are clear and in full color. While not required, if you are able to provide hex codes for your color palette or a reference sheet in clear, flat colors, that will be helpful in ensuring consistency with your design.• If ordering commercial work & your character design has been purchased from another artist, verify that you have commercial rights/permission from your designer prior to your commission. I will NOT accept your commission if you don't have the commercial rights/permission from the artist of your design.PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment Plans are offered for larger scale projects (ex. Live 2D Models) and aren't available for every commission type.• Commissions on a Payment Plan will operate on a "Paid-Up-To" model, so I will only complete progress on the art up to what I've been paid so far. You will be informed of what this looks like for your specific plan when reviewing final commission details with me.• Once payment has been confirmed, you will be added to my Notion for updates & I will verify your contacts on Discord to facilitate active communication.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

⋅━⋅━.· ✿༻༺✿·.━⋅━⋅Please review the following in full to have a better idea of the process working with me for a Live2D ModelIMPORTANT: If you already have a rigger in mind that you plan to work with, let me know who they are as earlier into the process as possible so I can establish a line of contact between us to better facilitate implementation of layer preparation to best fit their rigging style⋅ ✿ If the Client Already Has a Design | Clear Reference Materials ✿·• Once I have reviewed the commission and am considering it for acceptance, I will reach out to the client to complete an intake discussion to review all anticipated toggles, special features the client wants included in the model, if the client has a rigger in mind, any relevant deadlines, and to verify if the scope if the project will be achievable.• Once intake has been completed and I have decided to proceed with the commission, I will share an estimate for the total cost of the project with the client to verify if they still wish to proceed.• Upon the client accepting the proposed estimate, the client and I will discuss payment arrangements & anticipated timelines for completion of the project relative to turnaround time and payment plan timeline.• Once everything has been approved and first payment has been received, the client will receive frequent WIP updates with opportunities for adjustments and feedback throughout the model sketching process until a clean final design sketch has been approved by the client.⋅ ✿ If the Client Needs a Character Design ✿·Please note that going through the process to work with you to create a new character design will incur a Design Fee.• Once I have reviewed the commission and am considering it for acceptance, I will reach out to the client to complete an intake discussion to review details about the design in greater depth & get an idea of the clients vision utilizing any shared reference materials. Additionally, the client and I will review all anticipated toggles, special features the client wants included in the model, if the client has a rigger in mind, any relevant deadlines, and to verify if the scope if the project will be achievable.• Once intake has been completed and I have decided to proceed with the commission, I will share an estimate for the total cost of the project with the client to verify if they still wish to proceed.

⋅━⋅━.· ✿༻༺✿·.━⋅━⋅• During the sketching process, work-in-progress sketches will be sent to the client to verify initial composition & design elements. We will discuss back and forth until a final sketch has been selected by the client.• Once the client is satisfied with the initial sketch idea, I will create a cleaned up sketch version with a simple color test to check that overall colors choices are OK. After this step has been approved by the client, I will move forward to linework.This is the last opportunity for the client to get a refund should they no longer wish to proceed with the commission.⋅━⋅━.· ✿ Regarding Requests for Revisions ✿·.━⋅━⋅It is the responsibility of the client to ensure sketches & shared WIPs accurately reflect all details that the client wants included.I am not responsible for the client failing to speak up & address inaccuracies during rough sketching, clean sketching, & early rendering stages of the work, as all clients will be given ample opportunities via our frequent contacts to note any errors, missing details, or needed changes.I won't redraw commissions from the ground up unless payment is sent for a second order.FOR ILLUSTRATIONS
• Once I have started to line and color the artwork, the client can request up to 3 revisions regarding pose / expression / small details. Any further revisions will incur a fee.• Once an illustration is completed, I will still offer to do any final color adjustments or adding/correcting very small missed details with no extra cost.FOR LIVE2D MODELS
• Once I have started work on the model, the client will receive frequent WIPs where the client will have frequent opportunities to request revisions or changes throughout as I complete each section of the model.• Once the model has been completed, I can make small adjustments to colors or add in any small, missed details with no additional cost. Revisions to specific areas after rendering of the model has been completed may incur an additional fee.• Should something need to be adjusted after a rigger has received the PSD (such as a texture extension, revisions to allow for a specific movement that I did not do properly initially, etc.), please put me in contact with the rigger and I will work with them to identify their preferred way to cut and prepare certain materials & make corrections free of charge.RIGGING GUIDELINES
⋅━⋅━.· ✿༻༺✿·.━⋅━⋅• If the client has a specific rigger they wish to work with, clients are expected to let me know who they are so that I can make contact & identify if they have any specific preferences with how certain materials are prepared. I will identify what additional reference materials I can include in the PSD to assist the rigger during this time.• If you are uncertain on who you wish to work with, I'm happy to provide complementary consultation for options based around your budget.• Once the rigger receives the PSD files, the rigger can make small changes if needed to accommodate their rigging process, I only request that I'm notified of what is being changed. If large changes are needed (major revisions / separations / modifications, etc.) please contact me & I will gladly do them free of charge.COMMUNICATION
⋅━⋅━.· ✿༻༺✿·.━⋅━⋅While I will strive to have active communication with all my clients, please note that not only do I work full time, I also have mental health challenges that may impede how quickly I respond. If you've sent me a question / request for a status update & I haven't responded in a couple days, feel free to send a follow up message - I just request that you not spam me constantly as it can make it more difficult to reply.For Live2D commissions, I strive to check in weekly at the minimum regarding status updates and overall progress.Additionally, if a client needs to pause the commission (e.g. due to vacation, waiting on other references, etc.) I will put the commission on hold & wait for updates from the client. It is your responsibility to contact me as soon as the commission can continue. If the client doesn't give me the OK to proceed, I will leave it On Hold until the client says otherwise.TURNAROUND TIMES
